Meet Dr. Chris Mathew

Dr. Chris Mathew is a dedicated general dentist with a passion for providing exceptional oral care. Originally from Newfoundland, Canada, Dr. Mathew grew up in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Health, specializing in Health Policy and Management, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Then, Dr. Mathew went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas. During his time in dental school, he particularly enjoyed working in the oral surgery clinic and the honors restorative clinic, where he honed his skills in advanced dental procedures.

Dr. Mathew deeply values the impact good oral health has on a person’s overall wellness and is invested in developing long-term relationships with his patients. To stay active in his profession, Dr. Mathew frequently attends continuing education courses. He is also an active member of several professional organizations, including the Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Implant Dentistry, and Academy of Oral Medicine. His commitment to giving back is evident through his numerous mission trips and volunteer work in underserved clinics.

Outside of work, Dr. Mathew loves traveling, listening to live music, and playing soccer. He treasures the time spent with his wife, their young daughter, and two rescue cats.
